The place above seems to have indoor and outdoor skating parks. It may just be pictures of people in random places, though.
The second link below is to Olliewood in Wake Forest. I think it is just a skate shop.
I suggest you visit a skate shop in your area and ask patrons and employees where you can blade outdoors. There may be a bulletin board or shoppers or employees may know of places you can go.
