It depends if you have metal shields or rubber like ones.
With the rubber like ones, slide a pin under the inside lip and parallel to the flat side of the bearing. Lift gently until the outside edge releases from the outer lip of the bearing.
With metal ones, there are two types.
If you see a series of small radial slots around the outer edge of the bearing (not common), they are condidered non-maintainable. You have to destroy the shield to get it off.
The other ones have a very thin C clip around the outside. Slide the point of a pin around the outer edge till you feel the small gap between the ends.
Use the pin to pick at the ends until it lifts out of the groove. Many of them have the ends cut at an angle and one end will be much easier than the other to get out. The outer shield is then loose and can be shaken out.
How do I safely remove the shield from my roller blade bearings?
u get a pin and pry open the lid of the bearings then u hav to get a paperclip and sorta "push" all around the shield from behind
so go around pushing it out until it gets out
