I go roller blading regularly, and recently, I haven't been able to get very far because the outer sides of the bottom of my feet start to ache, and eventually begin to burn, and it hurts a lot when I put pressure on it, and when I finish roller blading, it takes awhile for the pain to subside.
The first time I felt it was when I was going my usual route, and it started to hurt so I took a break, and tightened my laces up so my feet wouldn't be moving around so much. It worked for a few minutes, then it started to hurt again and burn, and now it happens every time I roller blade, and sometimes when I run or walk, but not as much.
It's in a specific area in both feet, and it hurts a lot. I have a physical coming up, so I'm going to ask about it, but until then, what could it be, and how can I make it better? I've tried arch supports but they just seem to make it worse.
Burning/Aching foot arches after roller blading?
There are nerve endings at the end of your feet.
The underside is where they connect to the organs
in your body and other areas that are used alot.
I can explain it better if you look at the chart with the
website that I list on the bottom of this reply here.
It is something to look at to determine the area of
your feet that are hurting. I know where the arch is
and that can be either your elbow or arm that is the
connected source there at least by the right foot
shown. It makes the most sense if you look at this chart.
I would carefully think of any other area that has been a problem for you in general even if it comes and goes lately. Then have that checked by the dr., either get xrays of the area or try to describe any pain you are having in that area. Either way it's a sign that something is wrong with the burning.
