I am a beginner at working out. Please let me know which is better!!!

Which is better for toning up your legs: Roller blades or a bike??
roller blade movements will help develop your calves %26amp; groin, skating strides %26amp; gliding motions; your weight is disributed differently between the two sports.





biking motions will generally help with toning your legs, although your quad/hamstrings will respond to the increased activity; leg pumping motions





mind you, both will exercise your legs depending on duration %26amp; intensity
Reply:roller blades if you are going to do sprints, but bike for long distance.
Reply:in my opinion its bike because your legs are actually excersizingg lol well its just my opinion so i cant guarantee itt
